These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") govern the terms of use of the website https://industries-cheat.store (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and software designed to provide auxiliary features in computer games (hereinafter referred to as "Auxiliary Software" or "Product").

Use of the Site and Products is carried out strictly under the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms, please immediately discontinue use of the Site and Products. Continued use of the Site or Products constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.

User — any individual who accesses the Site, uses its services, and/or purchases a digital key/access to a Product without the requirement of creating a permanent account (Personal Account).

Product (Auxiliary Software) — personal computer software providing auxiliary gaming functionality, accessed via a digital license key.

License Key — a unique sequence of characters generated to activate access to the Product for the paid duration.

Spam — unsolicited mass communications of an advertising or disruptive nature.

2. Scope of Agreement and Terms of Use

2.1. The Administration provides the User with the ability to view the catalog of auxiliary gaming software and purchase digital access keys.

2.2. Purchasing and using Products is conducted without mandatory registration or personal profile creation. Paid orders are identified by the User's email address and transaction ID.

2.3. Browsing the Site is free. Digital keys are purchased on a paid basis pursuant to the Public Offer.

3. Rights and Obligations

3.1. User obligations:

• Use the Site and Products solely for lawful purposes and in strict accordance with this Agreement;
• Provide a valid and active email address during checkout to receive digital keys;
• Refrain from actions aimed at destabilizing Site servers, hacking attempts, distributing malicious software, or web scraping;
• Refrain from reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to bypass the licensing mechanisms of Products;
• Maintain the confidentiality of delivered digital license keys and setup instructions.

3.2. Administration rights:

• Unilaterally modify Site functionality, design, catalog items, and these Terms of Service;
• Restrict or block access to the Site for any individual involved in attacks, fraud, or violations of this Agreement;
• Temporarily suspend the Site for scheduled technical maintenance.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All Site elements, including graphics, branding, text, code, and database structures, are protected by intellectual property laws.

4.2. Purchase of a key grants the User a simple non-exclusive license for personal non-commercial launch and use of the Product during the paid period. Any resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or copying is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

5.1. The Site, Products, and related materials are provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of compatibility with specific PC hardware or operating system versions.

5.2. The User understands the nature of game modification software and accepts all risks of sanctions by game developers (including game account bans by anti-cheat systems, loss of game progress, or multiplayer restrictions).

5.3. The Administration is not liable for direct or indirect losses, lost game assets, banned accounts, or software incompatibilities caused by game client updates.

5.4. If a Product is detected by third-party anti-cheat software ("DETECTED") or temporarily paused by developers for updates ("ON UPDATE"), the Administration updates the product status in the catalog and official channels.

6. Related Documents: Public Offer and Privacy Policy

6.1. The terms of remote ordering, payment, instant email delivery, and refunds are governed by the Public Offer.

6.2. The collection, storage, and processing of personal data, as well as cookie usage, are governed by the Privacy Policy.

7. Anti-Money Laundering (AML/KYC) and Anti-Fraud Policy

7.1. The service strictly adheres to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards.

7.2. Using the Site's payment features for fraudulent transactions, transit, or money laundering is strictly forbidden. Payments must be made by the legitimate cardholder or account owner.
