Public Offer
LLC "Pay Flow" (ОсОО «Пэй Флоу», INN: 9909762323, OGRN: 326149-3301-ООО, address: Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek, Pervomaysky district, Klubny lane, 18, apt. 5, hereinafter referred to as the "Company") offers any individual (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "Buyer") to enter into an Agreement for intermediary and technical services for purchasing digital goods and licenses (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") under the terms of this public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer"). Using the website https://industries-cheat.store (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), the User can place Orders, exercise rights, and fulfill obligations provided for by the Agreement.
Preamble
For the avoidance of doubt, the parties have agreed as follows:
By continuing to use the Site and placing an Order, the User confirms that they are not under any misapprehension regarding the characteristics and features of the Site, the terms of the Agreement, or their own actions.
The User acknowledges that under the Agreement, the Site and software are provided on an "AS IS" basis, including any documentation, accompanying materials, and updates. All risks related to compatibility, performance, and stability on the User's hardware rest solely with the User.
The Company strives to maintain continuous access to the Site, but reserves the right to suspend access for technical maintenance, network disruptions, or force majeure events.
Terms and Definitions
User (Buyer) — an individual who uses the Site and enters into the Agreement by placing an Order and accepting this Offer. The User warrants that they have full legal capacity and no legal restrictions to conclude transactions.
Company (Administration) — LLC "Pay Flow" (ОсОО «Пэй Флоу», INN: 9909762323, OGRN: 326149-3301-ООО), managing the Site and providing services under this Agreement.
Site — the online resource accessible at https://industries-cheat.store. All product information, tariffs, and prices on the Site constitute an integral part of this Offer.
Digital Goods (Product) — a digital activation key, access to auxiliary gaming software, or related digital services for a specified paid duration.
Order — the User's request to purchase Digital Goods by specifying an email address and selecting a payment method.
License — a simple (non-exclusive) license to run the purchased Product on the User's device for personal non-commercial purposes during the paid period.
Commission — technical and agency fees, as well as payment gateway processing charges included in the Order cost or applied at checkout.
Refund Operation — actions taken by the Company to return funds to the User in accordance with established rules.
Term and Conclusion of Agreement
The Agreement is deemed concluded under the terms of this Offer upon successful payment of the Order and remains in force until full performance of obligations (expiration of the paid product period).
Ordering Process and Acceptance
Acceptance of this Offer occurs when the User selects a product/tariff, enters a valid email address (E-mail), checks the consent box, and completes payment.
Prior to payment, the User must thoroughly review this Offer and the Privacy Policy.
By placing an Order, the User warrants that:
- the provided email address is valid, active, and belongs personally to the User;
- the User has verified system requirements and descriptions of the product;
- the User understands the digital nature of the software and assumes all operational risks.
Delivery of Digital Goods
Purchasing Digital Goods on the Site is conducted without the necessity of mandatory registration or account creation.
Delivery of the paid Digital Goods (license key, download link, instructions) is executed automatically on the order completion screen immediately after payment confirmation, and duplicated to the User's email.
The User is solely responsible for preserving the confidentiality of received activation keys and access to their email.
Site Usage Restrictions
When using the Site, the User agrees not to:
- use the Site in violation of this Agreement;
- attempt unauthorized access to Site servers or infrastructure;
- interfere with Site operations via cyberattacks, decompilation, scraping, or creating disruptions for others;
- spread misleading or false information regarding the Site and Company.
Payment Security
When paying via bank cards or electronic payment methods, processing occurs on certified, secure payment gateway pages (PCI DSS, TLS, MIR Accept, Verified by Visa, Mastercard Identity Check). The Company does not receive, process, or store User card credentials.
Refund Policy
Given the digital and consumable nature of software activation codes, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by contacting customer support at yelovfunpay@gmail.com.
Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. In case of verified technical failure on the service provider's end that prevents product delivery, refunds are issued to the original payment source minus non-refundable payment gateway processing fees.
Intellectual Property
Exclusive rights to the Site, design, interface elements, and brand assets belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders.
Dispute Resolution
Pre-trial claim procedure is mandatory. Formal written claims sent to yelovfunpay@gmail.com will be reviewed within 60 calendar days.
